Can’t log in to patient portal

Very disappointed I can not get any help Your verification questions informating is incorrect and not allowing me to get verified. I have been trying to call and get help I have messaged over 4 weeks ago with out help. I would appreciate a phone call from management to help me. 570-460-**** User's recommendation: Make it easier to call and get help and stop being so impersonal.
