Can’t log in and Bonanza won’t tell me why!

I have had a Bonanza account since about 2012 or 2013, and just rebooted my booth in June. Suddenly I was unable to log in to it. Bonanza support said there was a "security" issue with their system that wouldn't let me "open" an account. No further jogging by me could get any more information out of them. I still can't log in, and they still won't tell me why. Not a good way to treat a long-time seller. User's recommendation: Use eCrater, Alibris or --ugh -- Amazon.
