Can’t log in after trying to claim gift cards

Can't log in to the swagbucks website a few days after trying to claim a $25 gift card and $5 gift card. The log in website tells me to contact customer support . I submitted a ticket and they have not responded to me for almost a week. User's recommendation: Avoid swagbucks.
