We paid our deposit in Sep 1, 2020 and still Feb 1,2021 still the only thing we have is concrete. We were told 5 weeks on concrete and then 3 more weeks building to be installed so 8 weeks. They do not contact you at all until you contact them and always excuses as to why they can't schedule. First weather and then can't get people to work and now weather again. We should have had a building by Thanksgiving 2020 and then put off until the end of Jan. No calls so Call them Feb 1 and now saying can't until End of Feb. Now 22 weeks out still nothing and saying we can't get deposit back but they brook the contract since they did not deliver in 8 weeks or 12 weeks and 16 weeks and now we are 22 weeks. We took a loan for this building and already had to make 5 pmts and all we have is concrete. Also we had it professionally graded and when concrete guys came says it was off but had used a laser line to check and had to pay an additional 250.00$ to them to do concrete. will be making a bbb complaint as well. User's recommendation: Even if it is a better deal than most if they can't install it does not matter.
