Can’t get product purchased

I ordered new cushions for my section in December 2020. Paid $462.00. I waited 3 months and then checked to see about my order. Was told because of Covid19 that the order is backed up. Checked back another 2 months later and was told backed up because of the freeze in Texas. I received an e-mail saying my items were almost complete in June. It's now August and still NOTHING for my $462.00. They don't even respond to my e-mails. If I call, they say I have to go through the website. I have purchased from Steinhafels for over 20 years. I think I'll switch. I'm out $462.00. Next month they'll probably cite an issue at the Olympics. my $462.00 User's recommendation: I like the quality of the furniture, but just not worth the hassle if something goes wrong.
