Can’t get on the app

App wont let me on. Purchased bulk t shirts tonite. Seller (Paulanado)is emailing me but I am unable to respond. Please help. Previously had app, but says name is taken, unable to use email address. User's recommendation: Don't waste your time. I have already paid for services and cannot communicate with the seller. Cost was deducted from my bank account through debit. There is NO phone number to contact customer service. I have been trying to get this problem fixed for several days... I planned to purchase from other sellers, but was sent a threatening message about going off the platform to contact sellers. I am not doing this. Now the second seller has withdrawn his offer of service.
