phoned them waited two hours to talk to someone then they hung up on me. happened again .i told them i wanted my claim mailed to me ive waited two weeks NOW.my surgery is DECEMBER3RD. i have to turn in the claim to the doctor.im paying into short term disab. ill phone them tommrow &;;;;;;;;;;;;;sure they will hang up.
