Can’t get in to my Snapchat

I have had the Snapchat for 5 years and I knew my password and then it wont let Me sign in I even sent a code to my phone number I have on file. And it just keeps Saying Its locked but I can verify myself and I can verify that is my Snapchat account I just wish I could Get back in to it. I have sooo many memories I wish I still had and no one will help me And I dont know what to do User's recommendation: Please help.
