Can’t get customer service to answer the phone

I used to think this place wasn't a bad place to buy parts. Now they are the worst. Tried to call customer service for over a month. All I got for being on hold sometimes for almost an hour at a time was a message stating (there are no agents available to take your call, good buy) then when somebody actually send an email, they told me since it's been over 30 days they can't issue a return label. Not to mention the item I want to return was manufactured improperly. User's recommendation: Don't buy from this place. Parts are cheaply made and there customer service sucks.
