Have Freedom Medicare insurance. After seeing specialist he drops out of network. I have a catheter in me and trying to see a different uroligest now and cant get appointment for 2 months. Specialist Drs. in network arent intrrested in new patents. I feel I have become infected and cant get in to be checked out and get caheter replaced. Supervisor tells me one Dr. has the authorization to see me and theyll call me. This has been over 2 weeks ago. Called supervisor and after 45 minutes on phone she says theyll call. I guess they must be calling me by yelling out the window. This insurance is a joke.
