Can’t get anyone to call me back as promised

I have called Vivint several times to question the amount I was charged for my equipment, each time I was promised a call back, I haven't heard back from them and feel like I am being ignored. This was the biggest mistake I've ever made, never again! User's recommendation: BEWARE.
