Can’t get anyone on phone or email. Trying to get pump because the one I bought quit working after two weeks. Call every number and email with NO response.

New pool pump quit working after two weeks and called every number I could find and emailed about 6 times with NO response. I need to get another pump because it has a 1 year warranty, but can't get anyone User's recommendation: Don't buy because if it breaks you can't get customer service or anyone else for that matter.
