Can’t get any delivery information on my car. I’ve paid cash and no idea when I will see delivery.

Initial date was May 1 (missed). Then May 3 (missed). Now they can't get a driver and there is no delivery date whatsoever. Can't get anyone to give me any information. A senior agent was supposed to call today to update me, but no call. When I called to follow-up, same story-no driver and no date. Seems to be no urgency in finding a solution, just we'll call back tomorrow. Why not try another carrier? Could they find another carrier? User's recommendation: Don't buy from VROOM!
