I have ordered close to $1,000 in locks with them. Not one order that was shipped to me was ever tight the first time. Then one of them fell off, i bought one to replace it and the "manager" told me they had some faulty pucks with several customers that did the same thing. Then in an email i asked for a refund for that lock since she openly told me they had faulty pucks and then she turned it on me blaming me for improper installation and "cheap chinese made hasps" on my trailer. I would NEVER spend a penny with them again.
