Can’t get ahold of the company

I have a shark hand vac cordless for pets bought 3 months ago and the battery won't charge. I have a acct. online and this product is registered. I have been trying to call them all day but they are closed. Yet hours are 9 to 9. It is 2:00 pm est.. It's under warranty but can't contact them even on their FB page. User's recommendation: Don't expect any help from customer service.
