Can’t get access

I want to access my account, but the email that was attached to it long ago is closed and they wont let me reset my password for my account. I can answer any personal question, but i didnt even get an email back on my question. I have pictures that i want access to. Thank you , Amy User's recommendation: Dont ever delete emails.
