Can’t get access on amazon fire

Igo into the DIY app and pull up Vanilla Ice Project and it is locked, when i try to sign in, it gives me an code, I go to the web address put in the code and it takes me to my tv provider, I have DIY with my TV provider, I wanted to binge watch season 8 of the Vanilla Ice Project on the DIY App?????? Why will it not unlock???
