Cant find tickets.

This was a *** disaster - how do you sell tickets several months in advance... Only deliver the tickets 48 hours prior to the event - Then inside 48 hours YOU DON'T deliver the tickets.. I sit on hold for over an hour WHILE ON MY VACATION - to only get hung up on during the middle of my call.. Had to show up to the venue where it took them over an hour to find my tickets.. A *** DISASTER - A User's recommendation: NEVER USE THIS SERVICE.
