I've not even been able to receive my verification email to start commenting. I've tried waiting a long time and I've tried changing emails and nothing ever sends. I've looked up this issue and never found any actual help, tried to get support but was met with a subscription wall, and attempted to post for help on the discussion board but you can't unless you're verified. The system is trash, and it's aggravating to see other people commenting without issue while I'm stuck here watching and not able to say anything at all. User's recommendation: Don't use this system on your websites, it literally doesn't work. Please use something more user friendly.
