Can’t down program

When I try to download the programs and I get to the defragment part of three downloads I get an error message. I have tried to download only the first program and chose not to do the other three. But, I get error indications on those three programs. Can you help. Is a firewall an issue, if so how do I by pass it. I am not good at computer operations, so I would like all the help I can get. I would like to download all the programs.
