Can’t cook a steak

Many times now... Anniversary and birthday dinners... Only ordered one thing... Steak and lobster... My wife of 43 yrs... wants her steak cooked only one way... Well Done. Never is it cooked more than medium rare... Geez people... I won't take her back ever again.
