Cant close account if you live in a State that BBVAis not

I opened 2 CD'S and an on line money market account..My CD's are maturing and I open them on line well in order for me to close out my CD i have to drive 3 States away just to get my money wow what rip off no other bank does this to people run run run from this bank User's recommendation: Run as fast as you can from this bank.
