Cant activate my new netspend card

I've called 105 time to netspend over 1 weeks time and talked to 3 people about my situation and they still didn't help me. I got a new card in the mail and haven't used card in a year and can't remember my account information.. User's recommendation: Don't use netspend. You cannot get a humanisto help.
