Can’t activate card

My card was stolen and I was sent a replacement. I can't activate my new card because someone changed my phone number on the account. I was transferred 3 different times. First to i.d. theft department, then to cooperate , then to customer service. No one could help me. I couldn't even cancel my account. I just hope no one else has to go through this because this company is not helpful at all to do anything to help customersI User's recommendation: I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this company to anybody.
