CANPAR non responsive Not customer service oriented

No Live chat. No reliable tracking. Package sitting for 6+ days in Toronto. waiting for dogsled to Kingston On. On phone for hour still no talking to customer service. says 2 days normal del to Kingston from Toronto. but projecting 17 days for our package. bad and worse. No tracking visibility. No update on wait time. Canpar lying about satisfaction rate. User's recommendation: Avoid whenever possible.
