Cannot use gift I received over two years ago

Received a Christmas gift from my son at Christmas 2019. I have tried 15 or more times during this period, including 1 1/2 hours today. I cannot find a way to contact a human, nor can I find a way to talk with Postmates / Uber eats. The website says value of gift never expiresdid not say you can never use it. User's recommendation: Don’t use Postmates or Uber Eats.
