Cannot speak with someone at a New Jersey store

Had a very important question regarding two of my meds. Was put on hold for 45 min and still on hold. I initiated the phone call at 9 am. Store manager was absolutely no help. Store CVS Ship Bottom New Jersey Thanks. Judith Gibney 732718****
