Cannot return any items

Apparently when you agree to their policy, you'll never be able to send anything back, even if it arrives broken or malfunctioning. Bought a window regulator, but never installed because the problem with the window was simply loose clamps, regulator was fine. Couldn't return it because it was an "electrical part". The customer service sent me an email stating "we've received your returned parts....cannot give a refund, and they'd send it back to me at my expense". I had not sent the part back, was just inquiring about the return process. I was out $122 for a part I didn't need...lesson learned!! I will never purchase a part from this company again. I'll stick with Partsgeek or JC Whitney from now on or go to local auto parts store. This is obviously a scam because if I had sent the part back, they would have kept the new part and the $.
