Cannot reinstall the app. Wont verify my selfie

Trying to reinstall my app but can't get pass the verifying of selfie as it's not recognising it. Revolut would not work at stores on my phone when I tapped and you said there was nothing wrong so trying to reinstall now. Can you please help
