I had a simple question to ask re: the shields that you can buy. Have tried calling customer service several times during business hours but only reach a recorded line indicating that no one can be reached, please try your call at a later time. User's recommendation: iF THEY CAN'T PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH THAT KIND OF COMPANY.
