Cannot Reach Company

Routinely went to the website today, October 17, 2013, and could not find it. Called the 877# and it went straight to a recording. Appears they have skipped out. Had been involved since June and put in $64,000. Live in Texas and wonder if some Canadian clients can help with a plan of action? Do not have much hope that their utilities are down or something as simple as that. I would expect a flurry of activity complaintwise when the month starts about November 2nd when clients don't get their statements. Hope there is further postings that shed some light on this situation.
