I have been trying to return a part and there is no one to answer the phone. I followed the instructions and sent a ticket and was instructed to send an email with the details to Returns Department which I did on Mon, Jan 22nd and still no response. I sent another after waiting a week to Returns and Support and still no response. The part is still in its original box and has not been opened. All the details and pictures are in the emails. Why is there no way to talk with someone or at least get this resolved? We own a RV motorhome and purchase many parts as we try to keep it well maintained. We would love to use this company as they provided the part at a good price and within the time frame but hesitate as it is so hard to communicate. Please let us know what we need to do to return this part and to talk with someone. Thank you!
