Cannot reach anyone. Hold for 30 minutes and disconnected three times.

I have been trying to reach Synchrony for two days in order to do a change of address and discuss one of my CDs. Their system does not recognize my social security number although I have been a customer for years. The recording says they have a 30 minute wait time and I'm placed on hold. After 30 minutes I am disconnected. I am unable to reach anyone regarding these important matters. This has happened three times now and I need to speak to someone.
