Cannot make appointment / no answer or call back

Still hours later no call back no answer and Ive call repeatedly all I need to do is set an appointment for delivery! Come on ! No appointment no delivery! I be want my delivery its sitting there on the trailer but cant get any one to answer a phone! Also live chat not working go figure User's recommendation: I don’t know.
