Cannot locate my order

cannot locate my order #00229635 placed order November 23rd 2020.Received email stating shipping label was created November 27th at 7:24pm.Contacted USPS they have no record of this shipping label. Tracking number that was given 940551****370593****20.Left several phone messages with no reply. Order should have been sent to Jay Soden 1854 West Appaloosa way Queen Creek Arizona 85142 I thank you in advance for your response to this issue. My contact number is 732 558-**** look to receiving my order.
