am trying to transfer money from my bank to netspend account but cannot? account blocked - why? Been on 'phone & computer for more than one hour without resolution. Have 62 cents in accoun am adding more than $100.00. Guess the company feels that is inadequate User's recommendation: Don't bother with netspend unless you don't mind poor service.
