Cannot get support

Registered for covid test. Never received confirmation code. Tried to reregister. System said I was already booked and would not allow me to proceed. Cannot even cancel without code. Tried calling customer service. No help. Was on hold several times over 20 min each time. Disconnected frequently. Cannot get help for a simple issue. User's recommendation: Find a different clinic.
