I have received a notice in mail (took 6 weeks) saying they were going to charge my Visa card for another year's subscription. I do not use Visa card for overseas transactions and they will not reply to email. Have tried Australian phone number several times and they will not answer! They are nothing but a rort. All they want to is to sell you something, most of which is not applicable here in Australia. User's recommendation: Avoid!
