This is the worst company. You cannot ever get anyone that speaks clear English. When you escalate the call to a supervisor they are no more help than the first person. I was on hold for over 30 minutes waiting on the department that handles special accounts and no one ever picked up so I called again. I have spent over an hour trying to reach someone unsuccessfully. User's recommendation: Do not use this company they are the worst.
