I have been looking on the internet for information on how to contact Chef's Mark customer service and I can't find it anyplace. I need parts for Model number KA-6253 Toaster Oven. Who do I contact? I see this brand on e-bay, and Amazon, but the model number doesn't come up. Where is the company at? Is this brand sold by a different company? A friend told me that Fingerhut sales this brand. I tried to contact them today but had no luck.
