Cannot contact The Wig Company from Canada
We live in British Columbia, Canada. My mother has ordered her wigs from The Wig Company for years. She has alopecia. She needs to order a new wig and I have been phoning the toll free number for at least 2 months. At first I would get a fast busy signal and then finally one day I got a recording saying that they're undergoing exciting changes and will be back in 2 weeks. I still get that recording. They don't answer my emails. I wish I knew another place to buy my mom's wig from. A response from the either way would be appreciated! Interestingly, they mailed a new catalogue to my mother about a month ago! What is going on?!
