After 3 business days of trying to contact Dyson Canada, e-mail, online and phone. STILL Cannot get any reply or live talk to this company. I am trying to get replacement part for broken plastic piece! User's recommendation: Have a parts, or service dealers posted for areas, answer your phone, e-mails.
