Cannot connect with store or customer service or online chat

Ordered an item online 5/17. Its an in stock clearance item for a5/28 Anniversary. Receipt says will ship 6/24. Im sensitive to C19 impact, but cannot find a way to get help on the item. Would love to pick up at a nearby store that has reopened and has in stock. Cannot get a call through to them either User's recommendation: I’ve used Kay for years, but they’ll lose me over this.
