Cannot cash out my policy

I Was left an inheritance that i could cash out at 18 years old with PRUDENTIAL. Prudential cannot access my account as they have a system error. I have called about 30 times over the last 60 days. spoken to endless supervisors who promise to get info and call me back. Not had a call or email ! would like my money. feeling worried now !!!
