Cannot cancel service online –

Update by user Nov 01, 2020 Situation has been resolved satisfactorily Original review posted by user Oct 02, 2020 I cannot figure out how to cancel my WAVE Broadband Service.online and when I call their phone number they tell me there is a 30 minute wait time. My home is in a fire area and I am not able to live in my home. They are charging me a fee where I cannot use their service. I have no complaints about their service before the fire.
