Cannot believe

My name is Jeff McDaniel. ..bought your best all purpose flour. ..went to open the package. ..and because the glue is stronger than the paper you use "freaking single layer"now i have i giant hole in the side of the bag got flour falling out all over.....a bag that big should be better packaged so this isn't an issue. ...highly disappointed
