Cannot access my account or send ecards

I paid $30.00 Dec 20, 2020 to be a member I have not been able to send e-cards as I have never been sent my account or an app that I can get access to send e-cards. Transaction # 52716**** I received an email saying my membership was confirmed. I had health issues last year so I am just getting to this now Can you help,me resolve this issue Glenda Armstrong I
