Cancelling vip membership and account

I have phoned Edgars since beginning of September trying to cancel the VIP membership with no cancellation and sent an email on the 22 September 2020 to try and cancel again after numerous calls and no confirmation. I would like to cancel my Edgars account due to poor service and no feedback. I am paying for something I am not using and was advised by an Edgars assistant that the account does not have a 6 months interest free option any more. I refuse to carry on paying for something I cancelled and I am receiving such poor service for. Regards Mariska Account number [protected]
