Hello, my travel was canceled due to covid19 on April 15-20th 2020. Itenarary# 710050****7460 under Ocilia Diaz and Lucas Kirschner. What can I do if anything with the cost I paid and never got to travel. Please advise if this is not the correct department and/or what can I do to get a credit or refund? Thank you, Ocilia Diaz
