Cancelled service, started receiving invoices

My system failed over a year ago, but I was going to get it repaired and wasn't sure about contract length. It had expired but I was still paying via direct pay. I contacted them to cancel service and sure enough the automatic payments stopped. Now I am receiving invoices for a service that I have cancelled. I have tried several times to contact them to find out why and cannot get through. I left a message several days ago and have not heard back. I am very angry.
